Plum wine takes its beautiful blush colour and characteristics from the plum fruit procured from Himachal Pradesh. The best quality grapes are used as a base for the wine, which allows the fruit flavours to get expressed prominently. The wine has a faint brick red colour and delicious notes of the juicy fruit on the palate.
